DCK is a general contractor who specialized in building luxury resorts in the Caribbean. Their designs were dated, their CEO was struggling to get consistent support from the internal team, and sales were struggling.
After cleaning up the branding, DCK could leverage old assets while raising the bar for new ones, all in the same design ecosystem. We then built them a modular sales collateral and proposal system that allowed us to quickly spin up custom collateral without reinventing the wheel every time we interacted with a new client. This allowed us to rapidly present DCK as the prime partner for almost any project they went after.
The cold email response rate jumped to around 40% for all new projects, roughly doubling the company’s pipeline. Additionally, the CEO’s trust in us to deliver consistently enabled him to largely step back from proposal and report deliverables, allowing him to spend more time selling the business.
